Strategy audit
We document how you're currently talking about sustainability, find where your stakeholders hit a wall, and map out the actual structure required. Plan on roughly two weeks for this part.
Step 3
Timeline and estimate
You get a proposal with the scope laid out, timeline (a full framework takes 8 to 12 weeks), what it costs, and what you're getting. Nothing hidden.
Step 4
Next steps discussion
Ready to move forward? We set up a kick-off call to lock down the scope, figure out who the key players are, and nail down when your audit framework gets delivered.
